Envipco is Hiring a Customer Service/Administrative Support (2) Near Naugatuck, CT

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with dispatching service calls to appropriate field technicians and supervisors.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Receive incoming phone calls for general inquiries, price quotes, material orders and invoicing.
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
  • Maintains manual and/or automated logs of service.
  • Coordinates and monitors the status of customer complaints resolutions.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Education

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience required
  • 1-2 yrs. Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Proficient in using customer service software and systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Must have excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook).
